The objective of these computer classes is to familiarize adult learners with the computers, tablets and smartphones functioning and to teach them how to use the mouse, touch screens, keyboard, USB, applications and internet that facilitate their access to the new forms of leisure, information and communication.

The contents of the workshop is adapted to the learners needs. So far the participants have learned:
- To learn to use WhatsApp (change profile picture, add new contacts, make video calls, send audio, video etc.)
- “My smartphone has a full memory” (how to delete content, hot to clean cache memory, how to transfer the data from the phone to the computer)
- How to use YouTube (to make lists, subscribe, search songs lyrics etc.)
- How to use Facebook (how to add friends, privacy settings, share contents)
- Safe internet browsing (using different browsers, key words in Google, what are cookies, is it safe to make an appointment online to renew your ID?)
- Smartphone settings (to transfer the agenda from the SIM card to the phone, how to add email , make pictures, change wallpaper, download applications, connect to Wi-Fi )

Short description
Cultural classroom was created within the frameworks of the association “Hartu-emanak” with the purpose to promote social participation, intergenerational relationships and long-life learning of the elderly group of people. These classrooms are organized in the form of gatherings that deal with cultural and entertaining topics divided into cycles: cinema and society, history and ideologies, dialogic talk shops (text comments), art, strategies for life, local history, cultural trips etc.

Short description
One out of four adults in Europe lack the necessary digital skills. Literacy skills impact not only people’s personal opportunities in education, employment and community, but also the society and economy at large. This issue was addressed through project IDEAL - Integrating Digital Education in Adult Literacy. The report is based on online survey executed in all six participating countries in February-March 2016. In total 174 adult education teachers and 337 students from Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, and Norway took part in the survey. I02 -Theoretical context - In looking at the theoretical context for the integration of technology into adult basic education, project is focused on the following areas: 1.Why should technology be integrated into adult basic education? What are the advantages and impact on teaching and learning? 2.How can it be effectively integrated into adult basic education? This involved an examination of teaching methodologies which incorporate digital technology in adult education to develop specific basic skills including reading, writing, listening and speaking, numeracy and digital skills. The intention of this was to determine what might be learned from these studies in order to collate a set of good practice guidelines. IO3 - Good practice guidelines (booklets, video tutorials) for teachers, trainers and other practitioners on integrating digital education in adult basic skill teaching. This online course is designed to provide learners a medium to test and develop their mathematical skills in order to apply them in real-life settings. This course is relevant to all learners aiming to improve their mathematical skills. Living as a person in situation of functional illiteracy is not that easy, not easy to think about it neither is it to talk about it. In a workshop of writing and reading a group of low educated adults has been active since for three years. On the other hand in a vocational a group of young people were not particularly enthusiastic about reading. The group of adults in situation of functional illiteracy wer able to talk about their lives, and toi write about them. So the group decided to create a true book. “My youth my childhood when I was at school writing was making me nervous. …Today I am 25 and I would like to learn… When I came to this course… I was accepted. My friends are helping me…”

Short description
Work based basic skills is a European response to European problems; the transnational need for further steps of professionalization to ensure highquality learning offers is evident. With PROFI-TRAIN, a significant step is being taken to enable vocational training for low-qualified in enterprises on a high-quality level across national borders. The project is also a response to the current Council Recommendation on Continuing Education "New Opportunities for Adults". PROFI-TRAIN aims at the development of a transferable and flexible professional training concept for experts in adult education and vocational training – teaching, guiding and disposing experts – in order to contribute to professional development and on this for the professionalization of the initiative „work based basic skills for low-qualified employees“.

Short description
The project Strengthening Basic and Vocational Competences 2018 – 2022 is a continuation of the project Strengthening Basic and Vocational Competences of Employees in the Savinjska Region 2016 - 2019. It is intended for all employees as well as the unemployed, especially those over the age of 45 who are less educated or less qualified and need additional training, qualifications, or re-training, due to the needs of the labour market or the workplace. As part of the project, adult education organizations implement various educational programs and exams, which are co-financed by the European Social Fund and the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Slovenia, and are therefore free of charge for the participants involved.

Goals / objectives
The PROJECT OBJECTIVES are: - enable adults (employed or unemployed) to increase or improve their general and vocational knowledge, skills, and competences by preparing and executing appropriate educational programs - help adults to improve their ability to adapt to changes in the labour market and society and to increase their competitiveness in the labour marker, - increase the employability of the unemployed and their mobility in the labour market, - make adults aware of the importance of lifelong learning for improvement of their knowledge, skills and competences, and for personal growth, easier management of changes and career planning, - increase the participation of adults in lifelong learning, - to contribute to the social inclusion, active citizenship, and personal development of adults, and - bring together as many key stakeholders as possible in the local environment and thus contribute to the reduction of the structural disparities in the labour market.
Structure / contents
The project includes the preparation and execution of various educational programs, among which the most attention is paid to computer educational programs, and exams.
Methods
In the animation of the participants, the performers use the “reach out” method, which means that they go to the field and search for potential participants in the local environment, in companies etc. In the execution of educational programs, it is important to use such teaching methods that connect the knowledge acquired by the participants with their work or everyday life.
